1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned renter and participant, understand that using a mobile wood-fired sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Burns from hot surfaces, steam, or heated stones
• Slips, falls, or other injuries in and around the sauna
• Smoke exposure or fire-related hazards
• Dehydration, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke
• Transportation and setup hazards related to trailer delivery

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in sauna use and accept full responsibility for my actions and those of my guests.

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent safe sauna use. I agree not to use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair judgment or physical ability.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by Löyly Drift Rental Saunas.
• Supervise all guests and minors during use.
• Maintain proper ventilation and water usage to prevent overheating or damage.
• Use the sauna only for its intended purpose.

I accept full financial and personal responsibility for any injuries, damages, or property loss that occur during the rental period.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of renting and using a sauna provided by Löyly Drift Rental Saunas, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Löyly Drift Rental Saunas, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

• Injury, illness, or death
• Property damage or loss
• Negligence, acts, or omissions on the part of the company

This release applies to myself, my family, guests, and any other individuals who use the sauna during my rental period.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Löyly Drift Rental Saunas, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my or my guests’ use of the sauna.

6. Equipment Care and Return

I agree to return the sauna and all accessories in the same condition as delivered (normal wear excepted). I am responsible for any damages caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in St. Louis County, Minnesota.

8. Acknowledgment

I have carefully read this waiver, understand its contents, and sign it voluntarily. I understand that by signing this document, I am giving up substantial legal rights.
